In addition, there is an annex located right next to the main building. The annex is fully equipped with a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed—ideal for guests who prefer extra privacy.
The outdoor area is impressive, featuring a swimming pool, sun loungers, and spectacular views. Relax on the terrace or prepare meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with both an electric grill and a charcoal grill. The outdoor area also includes a pool table and a table tennis table.
The beach is just 600 meters away, within comfortable walking distance. There are numerous golf courses, padel courts, and hiking opportunities in the surrounding area.
The rental rate varies throughout the year from €3,500 to €7,500 per week. The absolute high season is from July to September.
